She was an insurance clerk for Cassady Insurance and worked at Cracker Barrel.
Preceding her in death were her parents Demmer Lee Collett and Marie Angel Haitt.
Survivors include her daughter: Christy Lynn Duty (Clinton); grandsons: Zachary and Mathew; sisters: Lois Carol Forgy and Joann Morrow; brother: Kenneth Collett (Elaine).
A Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 13, 2015, at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation from 4-8 PM on Thursday.
