He was retired from the Kentucky Truck Plant and an Army Veteran.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Charles Edward Cook Sr. and Doris Kiper Cook Neal.
Survivors include his siblings, Debra Henry (Pete), Cherie Cova and John Cook.
A memorial Service will be conducted at 1 PM on Saturday, August 13, 2022, at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with visitation from 11 AM to service time on Saturday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the ASPCA or your local animal shelter.
