He is preceded in death by his father: Robert Marion Hicks; brothers: James and Gene Hicks and sister: Sereta Hicks.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 1 PM on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with visitation from 10 AM until the time of service.
