When I moved back home in 1978, Cherie was the office manager at Crestwood Elementary.  She was so helpful to me and kind.  She always greeted everyone with a beautiful smile.  Prayers for the family. Carol Randall

Cherie dear, I truly enjoyed working with you for 10 years at Oldham County Board of Ed.  You were a great friend.  I will miss you deeply.

May you rest assured in the knowledge that God is Good and he has a plan and that He is carrying you in your time of grief.

I first met Cherie and the entire Fry family when we moved to Lyndon during my 3rd grade where we all attended Lyndon Christian Church.  My brothers and I shared in a church family with the Frys as well as our school days together.  Deepest sympathy to Charlie and Cherie's entire family.  Condolences to Curt and Cathy who have lost a dear sister.  Thoughts and prayers for you all.

Sad to hear of Cherie's passing. I remember her as a child growing up on Maquette Dr .. She was always such a happy little girl. Condolences to family and Curt.

I'm so sorry to hear of Cherie's passing. I remember being a cheerleader with her at Westport. She was such a sweet person. My sympathies to the family and thinking of you Curt.

I'm just so sad to hear of Cherie's death. I remember her so well from high school. What a wonderful person she was. Was so glad to see her at oldham county when my kids were in school there. She will be missed by many.

Our deepest sympathies to Charlie and Wendy as well as the rest of the family. We had many good times together at OCHS and at senior promos. She was a good friend and a lovely lady. We will miss her.

Cherie was always such a kind person, who never missed an opportunity to brighten one's day; from wading in the Lyndon creek with our neighborhood gang, to spontaneous comments which allowed us shy ones to laugh at ourselves.

Fondly remembering growing up next to you - growing up as the only 2 girls in a neighborhood of boys. Such fun we had wading in the creek, ice skating on the lake, playing badminton......A hole is in my heart.  I know you are now peacefully in the arms of your beloved son.  Rest in peace, sweet friend.

First date was with Cheri . Went to see Journey to center of the Earth at the Vogue . Glen Johnson and Nancy Stepenson also went . Fifth or sixth grade . We agonized whether we should try to hold hands . Finally she grabbed my hand . She was always so beautiful . !!!
