Clarence A. Chesser

Clarence A. Chesser, 86, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on September 3, 2025. Born on October 13, 1938, in Louisville to the late Clarence and Marie Chesser, Clarence lived a life full of love and dedication.

A proud member of the Kyana Antique Car Club, Clarence had a deep passion for classic cars, caring for his property, and boating. Above all, he cherished his beloved wife, Kathleen — his angel and love of a lifetime. Their 66-year marriage was a testament to enduring love and partnership.

Clarence was preceded in death by his siblings Marvin Chesser and Betty Spencer.

Left to cherish his memory are his devoted wife, Kathleen Chesser; his children, Syndi Chesser, Kevin Chesser (Kim), and Christopher Chesser (Teresa); his sister, Carolyn Scholz; grandchildren Alixandria Chesser and Kevin Chesser Jr. (Michelle); their dear friend, Esther Smith; along with additional grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and friends.

A visitation for Clarence will be held Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 706 W Jefferson St, Lagrange, KY 40031, With a prayer service beginning at 7:00 PM. A funeral mass for Clarence will be held at Immaculate Conception Church, 502 N 5th Ave, La Grange, KY 40031 Wednesday, September 10, 2025 beginning at 11:00 AM. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery, 1600 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205.
