Cynthia was affectionately known by her grandmother as "Princess Cynn," worked at Dairy Queen in Crestwood, and was a member of LaGrange Church of Christ.
She is preceded in death by her grandfather; Henry Puckett.
Left to cherish the memory of Cynthia are her father; Timothy Frasure, mother; Toby Ann Puckett, grandmother; Wanda Truman, and uncle; Joshua Puckett.
A Funeral Service to Celebrate the Life of Cynthia Smith will be held Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home at 1pm with burial to follow at Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10am until the start of the service at the funeral home.
