Debra Lynn Hughes

Debra Lynn Hughes, 57, of Crestwood, Kentucky passed away at home Monday, March 8, 2021.

She was born in Louisville, Kentucky to Steve and Edith Norton on October 17, 1963.

Debra worked for the Oldham County Schools as a Bus Monitor for 10 years.

She is preceded in death by her father and brother-in-law; Tim Thompson.

Left to cherish the memory of Debra are her husband of 22 years; Joseph Hughes, sons; Greg Vanover (Stephen Sugar) and Trenton Vanover (Kristy), 2 granddaughters; Olivia and Lillian Vanover, mother; Edith Norton, siblings; Teri Thompson, Kelly Janssen (Michael) and Mark Norton, extended family and friends.

A celebration of Debra's life will be held at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home on Friday, March 12, 2021 at 11am with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 4-8pm on Thursday evening.

Memorial donations can be made in Debra's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
