Dee was the Manager at the Best Western Ashbury Inn in LaGrange, where he was known for his ability to wear many hats and always get the job done right.
Outside of work, Dee enjoyed socializing with friends while drinking a cold beer at his favorite restaurants - one even had a permanent nameplate made for his chair.
Left to cherish the memory of Dee are his daughter, Lindsay Milburn (Adam Holt); siblings, Phyllis Christian and Rick Milburn (Melody); nieces and nephews, Erica Tedder (Brad), Nick Milburn, Patrick Milburn, and Kendall Stowell (Nick); great-nieces and nephews, Kailee Peirson (Connor), Emily Combs (Issac), Braden Tedder, Bristol Milburn, Brinley Milburn, Blythe Stowell and Reese Stowell; extended family and many friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Tim Christian.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Gathering will be held at the Best Western Ashbury Inn, 1005 New Moody Ln, LaGrange, Kentucky 40031, on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association to help others impacted by this disease.
