She was a homemaker, a member of Buckner Baptist Church and a Kentucky Colonel.
Mrs. Flack is preceded in death by a granddaughter Stacey Wheatley and great-grandson Alexzander Childers.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Willie C. Flack; daughters Glenna Rae Flack, Debbie Flack-Martin (Casper); sons Tommy (Barbara), James (Dee) and Jerry Flack; sisters Betty Melton, Evelyn and Jean Woosley; 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Flack's funeral will be at 2 P.M. Sunday, February 21 at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home & Cremation Services with burial at Valley of Rest Cemetery. Brother Lynn Traylor will officiate. Visitation is 3-8 P.M. Saturday and noon - service Sunday at the funeral home.
