He was retired from Wilhelm Tool and Thomas Lawn Care.
Survivors include his wife: Iris Thomas; children: Jennye "Bush" Thomas, Margie Thomas, Elmo Thomas Jr., Robert Lee Thomas (Nancy) and Joseph Ray Thomas; Brothers: Norman Thomas (Emily), William Thomas (Jenny) and David Thomas; sisters: Flora Lewis (James), Patricia Mosby (William) and Kathleen Gray (Hebert); 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at 12 PM on Saturday, March 11, 2017, at Pleasant View Baptist Church(789 Clore Jackson Road, Shelbyville KY 40065) . Visitation from 12 Saturday until service Elmo Thomas Sr. 74, of LaGrange, passed away on March 4, 2017.
