She was born in Lancaster, New York on March 14, 1942, to the late Edward and Gertrude (Garus) Domkowski.
Left to cherish the memory of Frances are her son, Robert Kenneth Spink; brother, David Rice; brother-in-law, David Spink (Margaret); sister-in-law, Bonnie Spink; many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William Lawrence “Larry” Spink; siblings, Kenneth Domkowski (Patricia), Bernadette Billen (Olen); sister-in-law, Dawn Rice, and sisters-and brother-in-laws, Dorris Barnett, Lavern Freeman (Don), Maxine Fair (LJ), Geraldine Gordon (Sonny), Gloria Scheurich (Bob), and Steve Spink.
Frances was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in LaGrange, Kentucky.
A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 502 N 5th Ave, LaGrange, KY at 11am with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East Cemetery in Louisville, KY. Visitation will take place on Wednesday evening from 4-8pm at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, KY with a prayer service at 7pm.
