He was born on May 10, 1922 and was a lifelong resident of Oldham County. He was a retired farmer and member of Covington Baptist Church in Westport, KY.
He was preceded in death by his wife; Frances Dawson Morgan; daughter: Dana Rae Morgan; parents: V.B. and Junia Fendley Morgan; sisters: Sylvia Fulton, Virgie Moore and Margie Clifford.
Survivors include his daughter: June Etta St. Clair; sons: Bobby Morgan (Evelyn) and Garnett Morgan Jr.; 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Sunday at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral & Cremation Service. Burial Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation 2-8 PM Saturday and after 10:00 AM on Sunday.
