Glenn and I were team mates on the football team in high school. One night after a game, several of us went to Jerry's Restaurant to eat. Glenn's first time with us. Unbeknownst to us, Glenn's parents called Coach Bell and woke him up, worried about Glenn. We got him home around 2:00 a.m. safe and sound. Needless to say that was the last time Glenn got to do that, with us. Fond memories, rest in peace, Glenn!

Remember good times with Glenn years ago, whether it was coaching Little League, playing softball, partying, or trying to snag a catfish on the river. He was always funny and quick witted. Prayers for all 🙏🙏

We met Glenn through Kevin/Gary. Glenn was always kind and had a great sense of humor. At family gatherings he and my husband Gerald could be found in deep conversation about hunting, fishing or cars . Our Thoughts and Prayers for Comfort go out to the Day Family. 🙏💔

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Glenn’s passing. We grew up together, graduated high school together, and we saw each other almost weekly at church. He was quick with a joke and a smile, and we shared a lot of good times together. He’ll be missed. Godspeed, Glenn Day!

Glenn and I were best buds our last couple of years in high school. I spent many nights at his house, his mom taking care of us and his dad giving us a hard time. And, we always seemed to get to wrestling with Sonny until Sonny would pin us both down to get us to leave him alone. Glenn was always so much fun and quick-witted. I ran into him from time-to-time after we all grew up and apart, and we always picked up where we left off.

So sorry for the family.

Glenn was one of the good ones.
