Too many memories to share!! But they all include her huge smile, it was contagious and she couldn’t help it bursting across her face!! If you knew Helena, you knew love...she made sure you knew that you knew that you knew, that she loved you!! You never felt left out or excluded in a get-together she was present for!! She had a knack for making you feel special...she ALWAYS made the time to make sure you had your favorite snack on a trip, your favorite candy bar at the race, your favorite cookies stocked in the cabinet...you name it, she made sure you’d have it!! You could count on her for any thing in the world...didn’t matter what it was...she’s be there...and it was sincere!! Helena was pure and sincere...a beautiful soul!! And she loved with all she had...and she was dearly loved in return!! We are all so blessed that she entered our lives, and entered our hearts forever!! And I’ll never be able to thank her enough for filling Jeff’s life and heart with all she was!! And for the Mom and Nana she was to their beautiful children and grandchildren...just WOW...what a beautiful life she made around her...so thankful...so thankful 🥰🥰
Love you forever Aunt Helena💚🌸💚

The last few days, I have tried to think of all the right words, all of the things that I need to say, but honestly I don’t think I’ll ever be able to say enough. When you get married, you don’t only gain a husband/ a best friend for life, you also gain a second mom, a second dad, an extra sister & etc. My heart loved her from day 1! Helena was the perfect mother, the perfect nana. There was many of things I learned from that woman, she made the BEST fried pork chops, they were perfect from the taste to the look. She made sure she got me the electric skillet just as she used so I could get mine like hers! Let me just say I still have yet to accomplish that! I’ll never forget around Mother’s Day, she’d want to get all of us women together with the granddaughters and go to our best restaurant and than to go flower shopping! Christmas time, she’d want to go to the VF outlet for a girls day. Camping for the nascar races, she enjoyed Yahtzee with all of us kids, she enjoyed just sitting around watching the family be all together, spending time. Her and aunt Debbie would get all the food together and she would be sure everyone ate or it was gonna get cold! She would make sure I’d have my red hot hot sauce bc she knew I loved it in my chili and with pretty much everything else. She knew I loved tomato’s and would always make sure she got me that with corn on the cob when they cooked out. I could go on and on. We love you more! Thanks for being the best mother in law, nana, parent, & wife to Jeff! Fly high babe. We will miss you so much!

12 years ago, almost to the day I started at the office in Columbus as the analyst for Region 6 & very nervous, but Helena (along with many others) helped calm my nerves and give me confidence along the way as their analyst. As a manager, she was always on top of your store & wanted things right, if she didn't know, she'd call and ask...if I didn't know we would talk things out until we figured it out or I'd get someone to help us figure it out. She was always willing to listen, give her advice on anything. I loved her stories about her store family &her home family along with enjoying her pictures that she would share with us on Facebook. Helena, your kindness will always be remembered and cherished. I pray that your families memories will help them at this difficult time & everyone's kindness will bring them peace. Till we meet again. Love, Liz

I will always remember when I became a assistant manager for ck and stephaine told me that I would be training with Helena first I was scared but from the first day I started training with her I knew we were going to be great friends. She made me feel like I belonged and always smiling and always laughing and cutting up with everyone of her customers and I knew that is the relationship I wanted with my customers. I will always have that week to remember. I have learned alot from her and I will always cherish those moments. I miss u so much and love u u will never be forgotten. Till we meet again Helena keep those pearly white gates opened and touch everyone in heaven like u habe touched everyone on earth. Love ya

Helena was part of a trip to Mexico that I planned back in 2015. The resort where we stayed offered Monkey Tours each day to see the monkeys that were in the area surrounding the resort. We were all surprised at how engaging they were with people on the trails. She was all smiles (as was I!) when she saw the monkeys, especially the baby ones! We talked about that experience the rest of the week and often reflected on the joy of that day when we saw each other at our annual meeting. Helena was such a joy and always could light up any room she was in. I am sorry for the loss to her family and friends. I pray that you might find comfort and peace in the memories that others are sharing with you.

My memory was a glorious day at Kings Island in the mid to late 70s. We were best buddies and pals in 8th grade and I rarely remember ever doing anything at school without sweet Helena. People come and go in your life, but I will always remember her as sweet and deserving of the happiness she had with her family.

What can I say about this sweet, wonder lady ? My neighbor and friend for many years. Jeff and Helena were like family to me. One of the hardest things about moving away from our little neighborhood was missing seeing Helena and Jeff every day.
Helena was always smiling, always a fun loving free spirit. A dedicated Wildcat fan. A wonderful wife to Jeff,
A super step Mom to Abbey and Justin.
Helena will leave a hole in many hearts.
But the world was a better place because of her.

I worked with Helena for a year and in our short time I have learned what a great person she is. She was always wonderful to talk to and an amazing kind-hearted leader. She will be greatly missed.
