Howard was born August 18, 1948 to the late Paul and Lonie Snellen in Louisville, KY.
Howard was retired from the Kentucky Department of Corrections. He was an officer there for 20 years. He also worked at A & P and Fischer Packing Company prior to working at the Department of Corrections. Howard was an outdoorsman who loved hunting and farming. He enjoyed spending time on his farm.
Howard is preceded in death by his wife, Connie. They were married for 21 years.
Left to cherish the memory of Howard are his son Jesse (Samantha) Snellen and their daughters ; Michaela and Kynlee, Stepdaughter Jennifer(Kurt) Lindemier and their sons; Tyler and Noah, Sister Barbara (Gene) Dorf and Brother Bruce (Susan) Snellen and nephews: Paul Snellen, Jacob and Mark Dorf and many close friends.
Visitation will be on Thursday, October 28th from 4:00-7:00 PM at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home in LaGrange. The Celebration of Life will be private.
