He was born to the late Dean and Ellen Lyon on January 15, 1963 In Hutchinson Kansas.
Jim was a very involved member of Westport Baptist Church.
Left to cherish the memory of Jim, Are his sons; Brandon Lyon (Leigh Ann) and Justin Lyon. Siblings; Deann Lyon, Diane Lyon, and Michael Lyon. Grandchildren; Jayden Lyon, Luke Lyon and extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Westport Baptist Church, 9705 Westport Rd, Louisville, KY 40241 on Sunday, August 6, 2023 at 1pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be directed in Jim's name to the Kentucky Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.
