She was a member of Covenant United Methodist Church, worked at KSR, The Bank of Oldham County, was an auto salesman for Wade Swope and Smiser and Carter, and was owner of Ten Little Indians Clothing Store. Janice was a 1958 graduate of New Albany High School.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Albert and Margaret Martin; brother-in-law Bill Kemp.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Jim Roberts; son: Timber Roberts; sister: Jetta Burton (Albert) of Salem IN.; brother: James A. Martin (Joanne) of Zephyhills, FL. and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 PM Thursday, February 7, 2013, at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation 2-7 PM on Wednesday.
