She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She is survived by her husband, Don Just; her children, Brandon Just (Sarah), Erick Hibbard (Ashley), and Derrick Hibbard (Erin); her beloved grandchildren, Braelynn, Everett, Karlee, Kaylee, Tanasia, and Dallas; as well as many extended family members and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.
Jerie loved her family deeply, especially her role as “Granny.” Nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her grandchildren, creating memories.
“I'm angry that you died. There, I said it. I'm angry at time for not standing still. I'm angry that the world kept moving like nothing happened. I'm angry that you couldn't live the life you deserved. I'm angry that a piece of my heart will never be fixed, and I don't know how to make peace with that.”
Though words cannot fully capture the loss felt by those who loved her, Jerie’s memory will forever remain a source of strength, love, and comfort to her family, extended family, and friends.
