He was a crane operator for F.W. Owens and a member of Buckner Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife: Sondra Powell; children: Michelle Brooks (Lee), Lisa Crain (Bryan) and Anthony Powell; grandchildren: Mia Brooks, Gabriel Crain, Aden Crain and Alyssa Crain; sisters: Nancy D. Long (Joe), Betsy Overstreet (Louis) and Dana McGee (Jake).
Funeral Service 11:00 AM Thursday at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Visitation 5-8 PM Wednesday.
