He was born to Charlie and Kitty (Jackson) Weakly on January 8, 1959, in Louisville, Kentucky.
Jerry worked for LESCO for 26 years. He enjoyed working on cars and boating but loved fishing, especially with his Dad on Nolin Lake. Jerry's work ethic was something he was proud of, and he was a friend to many at LESCO and in his Crystal Lake Neighborhood.
He is preceded in death by his mom, Kitty Jackson Weakly.
Left to cherish the memory of Jerry are his son, Jay Weakly (Alex); grandchildren, Jameson, Charlie, and Ava Weakly; dad, Charlie Weakly; brother, Ronnie Weakly (Kelli); extended family, and so many friends.
A memorial gathering will be held to celebrate the life of Jerry on Sunday, May 18, 2025, from 2-6pm at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 LaGrange, KY 40031.
Memorial donations can be made in Jerry's memory to the James Brown Cancer Center.
