In reading over all the memories that others have shared I'm reminded of how Kent would also say my name, not just Chrissy, but "Chrissy Hancock!". I loved that. It just goes to show that Kent valued the full person, so much that he said their full name almost everytime he spoke to them.
Reflecting on my friendship with Kent I remember the good conversations we had about Jesus. Kent loved the Lord.
I remember driving together to take one our friends to the doctor and me sharing about my life and him sharing some of his. The glimpse of Kent's life that I got during that conversation helped me to see a different side of him. To know a little of where he came from, to see him where had come to and to know where he was headed has been an honor. Praising the Lord that I have had a friend like him in my life to spur me on towards Christ, to love others like Jesus and be better. Blessed to have known you Kent Allen!

Oh, Kent.. how I miss you.
Thank you so much for everything. For being my mentor. For your unconditional love and support. For always encouraging me..
always trusting, never judging.
And most of all, I thank you for your friendship. You were always a real one.

I’ll miss seeing/talking to you every day. I’ll miss our jokes. Our talks. I’ll miss picking up after you lol...
I’ll miss hearing you yell “Vogel!!!” at least 10 times a day. The smell of bacon on Saturday mornings.. the list of memories could go on.

You’ve made such an impact on so many people... I don’t think you ever realized how loved and appreciated you really were. You are one of a kind and could never be replaced.

My heart goes out to your family and everyone who was blessed to have you in their life.
I love you so much.

Love Always..
