Linda was a dear friend of mine. Our friendship started when we worked together. It so happened that I needed a place to live and I moved in with her and Terry. I was with her through his passing. She told me how much it meant to her to have me there. I got in the kitchen and started baking and cooking. I did what I knew best. There were a lot of people to feed. Linda was seeing Doug and I was seeing someone in Indiana so our lives took off in a different direction. I'll never forget her and the big heart she had.

So very glad our earthly paths crossed at our workplace and over our many lunch get togethers after we both retired. Prayers of comfort for Doug and family.

Linda was a very special lady. I last saw her here in Lexington at the Veterans Day Parade. She and Doug were riding in their blue truck in front of us during the parade representing the DAVA and supporting the Veterans. She will be missed. Prayers are with the family.
