Martha was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and The Bunco Girls for 55 years.
Preceding her in death are her parents; Marlin and Mary Louise Vaughn and 2 great-grandchildren; Noah Gibson and Mallory Smith.
Left to cherish the memory of Martha are her husband of 60 years; Joseph Smith, children; Gary Smith, Marlena Akin, and Kelly Privett (Kevin), grandchildren; Holly Elmore (Chris), Lee Smith (Miranda), Brandon Akin, Ashley Privett, Claire Gibson (Matt), and Jeremy Privett (Anna), 10 great-grandchildren, and a sister; Melinda Parrott (Bill).
Services to honor Mrs. Smith's life will be held Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at 10am with visitation at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home from 4-8pm on Wednesday evening. Burial will be at Grove Hill Cemetery following the Funeral Mass.
Memorial contributions to honor Martha can be made to Nichols Parkinson Center for PSCKY.
