Wayne came to visit myself and my family about 12 to 15 years ago and he and I went out and had a few beers at a local bar. Of course Wayne being Wayne danced with every woman in the bar, whether they were young or old, all night. I relearned a valuable lesson that night...never try to out drink your cousin Wayne.

I don’t know where to begin. He was influential with my musical growth. Always smiling. A positive being. I’m so glad I got to hang out with him just before Covid and catch up. It was amazing how many things we got to talk about. I miss you already bro. You always treated me with great respect and the world is less without you. Rock on in peace bro.

Wayne was such a good guy. He loved his family and friends. He'd make you laugh and could light up a room with his smile. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Neel family as well as his life-long friends. You'll be missed by many for years to come.
