He worked for Anaconda Wire Co. and a member of Ballardsville Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 14 years, Donna Morris Head; children, Michael P. Head (Christine) and Samantha B. Head; step children, Brent Adair (Shawna) and Jennifer Raisor (Robert); brother, Roger Head; sister, Mary Head and grand daughter, Alyssa Raisor.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 AM on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation on Tuesday from 4-8 PM.
