Noreen Speckman Carter, 80, of Crestwood, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2024.

She was born to the late Ernest and Margaret Speckman on September 30, 1944.

Left to cherish the memory of Noreen are her husband, William A Carter; son, John J Shaughnessy III; and granddaughter, Scarlett.

A celebration of Noreen's life will be held at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, Kentucky on Friday, December 13, 2024, at 10:30am with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 9:30am until the start of the service.

Memorial donations can be directed to American Legion Post 39, 4401 Camden Ln, Crestwood, KY 40014 in memory of Noreen.
