She was born to the late Charles William and Catherine Elizabeth (Lavon) Waits on February 19, 1949 in LaGrange, Kentucky.
Pam was a member of Beulah Land Baptist Church. She had a passion for singing and was a member of God's Grace southern gospel group with her husband and Kathy Acree.
She is preceded in death by siblings; Charles Robert Waits and Barbara Jacobs.
Left to cherish the memory of Pam are her children, Lee Schmidt (Rich) and Melissa Terry, spouse; Ronald C. Dawson, 4 grandchildren; Hannah Schmidt, Caitlin Schmidt, Anthony Terry, and Joseph Terry, extended family and friends.
A celebration of life for Pam will be held at a later date and time.
