She was born to the late General Grady and Leoda Wood (Workman) Matthews in Louisville, Kentucky on March 31, 1956.
Pam and her husband, Doug, owned and operated ERA Tri-County Realtors and Quality Homebuilders. Above all else in life, Pam loved being Mamaw. Her granddaughters and great-granddaughters were her world!
She is preceded in death by her parents and infant sister, Patricia Ann Matthews.
Left to cherish the memory of Pam are her husband of 49 years, Doug Johnson; children, Becky Johnson and Richard Johnson; granddaughters, Hope Johnson and Isabella Johnson; great-granddaughters, Oakleigh Johnson and Alora Johnson; sisters, Debbie Thompson (Danny) and Mary Dunn (Lee); extended family, and friends.
A celebration of Pam's life will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange at 6pm. A time of visitation will be from 3pm until the start of the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Pam's memory to your favorite charity.
