Pamela Kay Sawyer

Pam worked at Citizens bank before ultimately deciding to pursue a different career path. She would go on to join the Swope Family of Dealerships as a title clerk and accounts payable and receivable. Pam retired from Swope after 18 years. During her retirement she loved spending time with her husband, her family, friends and her dog Lacy.

She is proceeded in death by her son Peter Coleman, Mother Janice (Adams) Evans, Father Morris Adams, and Stepfather Bob Evans.

Pam is survived by her husband of 40 years, Alan Sawyer, daughter-in-law, Becky Coleman, two grandchildren Bryan Coleman and Austin Coleman, all from LaGrange. Her brother Doug (Denise) Adams of Elizabethtown, her two sisters Judy (Kevin) Large of Elizabethtown and Peggy (Chuck) Bowen of Hodgenville, her in-laws Ronnie (Mary) Sawyer of Elizabethtown, six nieces, one nephew and numerous other family and friends.

A celebration of Pam's life will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 2pm at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, KY with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery in LaGrange. Visitation will be on Tuesday evening from 5-8pm and Wednesday morning from 11am until the start of the service at the funeral home.
