Pauline was a member of LaGrange Baptist Church and volunteered at Tri-County Senior Citizens Center. She worked for 32 years at LaGrange Elementary School. Most of those years were spent managing the lunchroom that is now named after her.
She is preceded in death by her first husband George W. Rankin and second husband Herman Brown.
Left to cherish the memory of Pauline are her children; Dicey McGrath of New Jersey, Helen Mudd (Lenny) of Bardstown, Gaynell Lombardo of Bardstown, Julie Mackell (Jim) of Louisville, Jim Brown (Debbie) of Georgetown, Janet Glauber (Steve) of Carrolton, and Janell Brown Shrader (Mike) of Florida, 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, sister; Helen Taylor of Louisville, and brothers; Bob Dunn of Nebraska and O.B. Dunn of Nevada.
Services to honor the life of Mrs. Brown will be held at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home on Thursday, June 26 at 11AM with burial to follow at Highland Memory in Mt. Washington, KY. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 25 from 3-7pm at funeral home.
