She was born to the late S. Marion and N. Elizabeth Smith on October 28, 1938 in Enid, OK.
Phyllis was a teacher for 29 years, member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, enjoyed bird watching from her front porch and had a love of traveling across the United States.
She is preceded in death by her siblings; Eugene Smith, Ellen Book and Ronald Smith.
Left to cherish Phyllis' memory are her husband of 54 years; Edward Phillip Bucho, daughter; Gina Renee Taylor (Paul Trobaugh), grandson; Spencer David Taylor, sister; Marjorie Heinekamp, sister-in-law; Marian Marlow, many nieces and nephews, extended family and numerous friends.
A Celebration of Phyllis' Life will be held at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home on Friday, October 2, 2020 at 1pm with visitation at the funeral home from Noon until the start of the service and Thursday evening from 4-7pm.
