He was born to the late Richard Gene and Wanda Redmon Lippert in Frankfort, Kentucky on September 11, 1957.
Ricky was an outdoorsman through and through, loving to hunt, fish, mow, and feed the deer every night. He and his friends had a self-proclaimed Buck Creek Hunting Club! Ricky was a proud US Marine, receiving a purple heart from his service in Vietnam.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Janet, Donnie, and Sheila.
Left to cherish the memory of Ricky are his wife of 43 years, Gwendolyn "Winkie" Lippert; daughters, Jessica Kidwell (Jeff), Lauren Stamper (Cory), and Christina Boston (Bryan); grandchildren, Abi, Maecy, Mike, MacKenzie, and Brently; sister, Paula Conway; extended family, and friends.
A celebration of Ricky's life will be held on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 11am at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange with entombment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East in Louisville, Kentucky. A time of visitation will be from 10am until the start of the service.
Memorial donations can be made in Ricky's name to Disabled American Veterans.
