She was a retired Staff and Training Director for Kentucky Correctional and Psychiatric Center.
Survivors include her husband: Lee Butrum Jr.; mother: Dorothy Taylor; daughters: Jennifer King (Chris), Shannon Butrum and Stephanie Butrum; grandson: Hayden King; brother: David Taylor (Tammy); sisters: Thelma Smith and Georgeanna Jackson.
Funeral Service 11:00 AM Wednesday at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial in Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation 4-8 PM on Tuesday.
