He was born to Bobby Lee and Mary Martha (St Clair) Webb in Pe Wee Valley, KY on April 10, 1960.
Rocky loved cars! He worked as a mechanic and enjoyed sporty cars, especially rebuilding old antique cars. The light of his life though was his little granddaughter, Emersyn.
He is preceded in death by his father; Bobby Lee Webb, and great-nephew; Michael Allen Risky.
Left to cherish the memory of Rocky are his partner of 13 years; Lisa Glover, daughter; Brittany Glover (Alison), granddaughter; Emersyn Glover, mom; Martha Webb, sisters; Kathy Stallins (Don), Sherry Roution, Janie Frazier (David), nieces; Lily Frazier, Valerie Risky (Mike), and Ty Stallins (Stephnie), great-nieces, Cora Stallins and Stacy Risky, great-great-nephew; Donnie Risky, extended family and many friends.
A celebration of Rocky's life will be held on Friday, March 8, 2024 from 4-8pm at James T. Beaumont Community Center at LaGrange City Hall, 307 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, KY 40031.
