He was a member of Pewee Valley Baptist Church and retired from Carriage House.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Linda Ford; children: Joseph, David, Vicki Wheatley and Brian Ford; daughters-in-law, Diana Ford and Sheila Ford; and 7 grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be conducted at 12 PM on Monday, February 5, 2018, at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation from 2 to 8 PM on Sunday.
