Roy T. Clifford 62, of LaGrange, passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2014.

He took his passion for cars and turned it into a thriving business for over 40 years. The only thing bigger than his heart was his appetite for enjoying life to the fullest. He loved his family and friends. An avid fisherman and outdoorsman, he loved being on his boat at the lake and rarely left the house without his Labrador, "Wynston" by his side. He was one of a kind.

Preceding him in death were his parents: Marshall and Martha Clifford; sister: Marcia Nalley; brother: Vernon Clifford.

Survivors include his children: Melissa Clifford and Chris Clifford (Jasmine); sisters: Wanda Gullion and Dala Utley (Scott); grandchildren: Brook, Ben, Noah and Jaxson Clifford.

A Funeral Service will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home. Visitation 4-8 PM on Tuesday.

My sincere thoughts & prayers to Roy's family. He was a long time family friend. He and my father were friends, neighbors, associates in business and all around trouble makers. They had lots of good times together. We all did. Seems like yesterday, seeing my Dad, Mom, Teddy & Roy sitting around the kitchen table drinking coffee, talking, laughing, telling stories & cooking fish. Miss those days. He will surely be missed!
