Ruth Ann Steele

She was born to the late Roy and Margaret Steele in Willisburg, Kentucky on June 3, 1930.

Ruth Ann was a nurse at Mallory Taylor Hospital in LaGrange, a lifelong member of LaGrange Church of Christ, and had a heart of gold always caring for others.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by 2 brothers; William H "Buddy" Steele (Nancy) and John Kays Steele, 2 nephews; Michael Thomas Steele and Mark Parrish, and niece; Claudia Mae Steele.

Left to cherish the life of Ruth Ann are her nieces; Sara A. Bollinger, Laura Hall (Kevin), Kerry Parrish and Beth Hochstrasser (Emil), nephews; William T. Steele (Lisa), Kevin C. Steele (Sheri) and Wayne Parrish (Lori), sister-in-law; Laverne Steele, many great and great-great nieces and nephews, extended family, church family and many friends.

A celebration of life will be held at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 12pm with burial to follow in Willisburg Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11am until the start of service.

Memorial donations can be made in Ruth Ann's name to LaGrange Church of Christ.
