Jim and and I thought so much of Tommy. We will miss seeing him sitting out in garage watching TV or chatting with us in the neighborhood. I know he is looking down on you, Carol, and all the family. Peace and love to you.

Bob Popeck

Met Mr Payne one time. His Warm hand shake was all you needed to know about him. See I know his daughter and grandchildren, and what I know of them, confirms the warm hand I shook.

Your passing leaves a void, but you were a proud Husband, Dad, Grandpa, Father in Law and man till the end. You are now without illness and I believe your smiling down upon your family and hugging them all at once. They hurt today, but in time they will understand your Dad decision to care for them in another way.

If they close their eyes tight, they will feel your love wrapped around them.

The Popeck’s Love to the Payne’s and Hopkin’s.
