He was born on November 13, 1972, the youngest of four boys, Steve (Cindy), Greg, and Brian.
Tony loved camping in his 5th wheel with his wife, Myra. Myrtle Beach was one of his favorite places, but they also enjoyed traveling to many state parks. Sports were another passion of Tony's, enjoying golf and cheering on UK Basketball.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Alice Rankin; and in-laws, Dorothy and Doc Risinger.
Left to cherish the memory of Tony are his wife of 25 years, Myra Otten; son, Taylor Otten; siblings-in-law, Nora Brennan (Tim), Amy Jo Miller (Otis), and Eric Risinger (Patty); many nieces and nephews, furbabies, Derby, Harley, Mazey, and Luna; extended family and many friends.
A celebration of Tony's life will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, KY 40031 at 1pm with visitation on Tuesday evening from 4-8pm and Wednesday morning from 11am-1pm before the service. In honor of Tony please come dressed in your casual, comfy best!
