Survivors include his girlfriend: Minnie P. Bright; daughter: Eugena Fultz; brothers: George Morris; Kelly Fultz (Phillis), Johnny Fultz, Robin Fultz (LeAnn) and Roger Fultz; sister: Della Marie Jones; many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Service will be conducted at 11 AM on Friday, June 24, 2016 at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 PM on Thursday.
