He was a farmer and a member of Sligo Baptist. Forrest served in the US Air Force.
Preceding him in death were his wife, Nancy Carol Baker; parents, Arthur Elliston and Martha Anne Baker.
Survivors include his sons, William "Randy" Baker (Martha) and Gary Edward Baker (Carla); granddaughters, Vicky Madison (Brent) and Julie Barr (Jonathan); great grand daughters, Claire and Lauren Madison; great grandsons, Jacob and Austin Barr.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 1 PM on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow in Sligo Cemetery. Visitation from 4-8 PM on Monday and after 11 on Tuesday.
