William Randal Carmichael

Randy was born on February 28, 1953, in Colorado City, TX, to Harley and Jeannene Carmichael.

Randy took great pride in his work, having a long career in sales and advertising.

He will be most remembered for his humor and wit. He found happiness in the simple but profound moments of life; spending time outdoors, around a fire telling stories and sharing his deep interest in history with his loved ones. As an avid reader, he never had a shortage of new things to share. His love of being outside carried through to watching birds and tending to his garden each summer. He took pride having the opportunity to coach each of his children’s soccer teams.

Randy's greatest love was his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Patricia; adoring children, John Carmichael, his wife Danica, Tim Carmichael, Taylor Carmichael and her husband Michael Guillory. His cherished grandchildren, Nathan, Kaden, and Owen also brought him great joy. He leaves behind a legacy of love, devotion, and the values he imparted to his family.

The family will have a private celebration of Randy’s life at a later date.
