He was born to the late Roland and Mary Jane Martin in Dearborn, Michigan on September 13, 1952.
Bill proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1971-1975 and was a Captain with the Ballardsville Fire Department; serving the department from 1994-2001. He worked as a general contractor and was the owner of Arrowhead Builders.
He is preceded in death by his sister; Connie Martin Lanham.
Left to cherish the memory of Bill are his sons; Patrick Roland Martin (Kimberly) and Andrew Martin (Michelle), grandsons; Hayden O'Claire and Lucas Martin, extended family and friends.
A gathering to celebrate the life of Bill will be held at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, KY on Friday, October 22, 2021 from 2-6pm.
