He was born on March 22, 1938 in Clarksville, TN to the late William Douglas Sr. and Martha Walker Oliver.
Doug was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in LaGrange and retired from Ford Truck Planet after 30+ years of service.
He was preceded in death by his wife; Margaret Oliver, siblings; David Oliver, Tony Oliver and Betty Sue Jerles.
Left to cherish the memory of Doug are his children; David Oliver (Beth), Mark Oliver (Tracy), Anita Oliver, Jeff Oliver (Malory) and Brian Oliver (Charlenna), 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, siblings; George Oliver (Charlene), Barbara Ferrell and Pam Williams, several nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
A memorial gathering is being held to celebrate the life of Doug at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home in LaGrange, KY on Friday, December31, 2021 from 1-5pm.
Memorial donations can be made to American Cancer Society in Doug's name.
