Born in Delhi, Louisiana, Bruce is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Rita (Travers); daughter, Jenna (Finley) Moller, her husband, Kevin and granddaughter, Reagan of Los Angeles, California. He is also survived by his brother, Ken Finley and wife, Nancy, of San Juan Capistrano, California; his sister, Anna Juliff and husband, Britt, of Lakeway, Texas; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Fay (Adams) Finley of Beaumont, Texas.
Bruce cherished his large extended family, including the Finley, Adams, and Travers families, and built lifelong friendships from Venezuela to Baylor University, through Rotary in the mid cities of DFW, and the communities of Lake Palo Pinto and Lakeway.
At Baylor in 1971, with his fellow yell leaders, he helped establish the Baylor Line, a tradition that continues to this day. His devotion to Baylor was second only to his love for his family.
