He is survived by his three sons Nathan, Matthew and Clark; his daughters-in-law Amy, Angie and Barea. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Kathryn, Loretta, Dylan, Logan, Eli and Chrysta, all living in the Austin area.
Jim worked as an estimator for his best friend Buddy Keller, he never retired because the hours were good and the company better. He also proudly served in the Navy.
He loved his trips "out west" with friends and family, hunting with his sons and friends, going on vacations with his sons and grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
The family will receive friends at 9:00 a.m. with memorial services following at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 23, 2018 at Weed-Corley-Fish Lake Travis Chapel.
Interment will follow at Forest Oaks Memorial Park. He was always an early riser so you better be on time! Eggs over medium, 5 day old coffee and complimentary chopped onions will be served.
