Prepared and ready to join him are his wife Jane, son Dale, daughter-in-law Lucy, and granddaughter Lynna. He is also survived by his sister Gladys Gardner, and nieces, nephews and their families — Lydia Bratcher, Lisa Moreno, Laurie Barr, Doug Ratchford and David Ratchford. A gathering to share good memories of him will be held beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at Weed Corley Fish, 411 Ranch Road 620 South, Lakeway Texas 78734. Dress is casual. To many, both in business and in life, Phil Mockford provided guidance, confidence, hope and peace. Visitors to his 14th Street office received sage advice and the calm assurance depicted by the Labrador Retriever curled at his feet.
