Kirstin Amy Dorn, first born and beloved daughter of Ed and Fran Dorn, died suddenly on Friday, March 25, 2011 at Brackenridge Hospital in Austin, Texas. She was born on October 22, 1980 in Fairfax, Virginia, graduated from Lake Braddock High School, and briefly attended Old Dominion University.
Kirstin spent a lifetime helping people. She worked in daycare at Premier Lady Spa in Austin. We will miss her easy laugh, her jazzy singing voice and her passion for everything.
She is survived by her son Fritzie, her parents, her sisters Mary and Amani, her fiancé Darren Wicker, and hundreds of extended family and friends whose lives she touched and in whose hearts she will remain forever.
A Liturgy of the Word will be held for Kirstin at 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Emmaus Catholic Parish, 1718 Lohman’s Crossing Road, Lakeway, Texas.
