The Peacock Military Academy Alumni Association is very sad to learn of Lindsay "Jack" Crawford's passing. He was a loyal member of our Association and he will be dearly missed. As CEO of our Association we will relate his passing to his classmates. My father Arthur Wolf Sr. graduated in the same class as Jack Crawford, 1951. We extend our deepest condolences to Ms. Charlene Crawford. We will honor Jack Crawford on October 10th at our next alumni reunion. His name will be called on campus during our Gray Line Ceremony. A fellow Peacock Cadet will respond "Present" for Jack, for he will always remain present in our hearts. 

Jack and I spent four years together atTexas A & M  followed by another four years  serving in the Air Force. We flew many missions together.   Over the years we lost contact. Jack was a good friend and he will be sorely missed. I am curious as to the cause of his passing.  Sincerely, Roy Markwardt

I also worked with Jack for several years at TC&B, and I was his secretary for four years.  I have many fond memories of him, and I'm very sorry to hear of his passing.  He was always kind to me and interested in my well being.  He will be missed.


Sorry to learn of Jack's passing.  We worked alongside one another at TC&B in Houston for many years.  Jack was a really fine man, and I have many fond memories of those years.  To all the family I send my condolences.  

So sorry to hear about Jack. Jack was one of my dad's business partners. My dad was Harold Loyd.

You probably have not heard this story, but back in 1984 when I first started college, I could not track down my dad for my tuition money. He had left the country and could not be contacted.

I had moved into the dorm and if I could not come up with the money for tuition, plus room and board, I would have had to leave.

Enter Jack Crawford, who like the wonderful man he was sent me a check not only for my tuition and dorm, but a meal plan as well.
