Marilyn Ellen Moxley

Marilyn was born in New York State on June 27, 1951 to Bob and Hella Perkett. The Perketts moved to the Melbourne area when Marilyn was a child; she always loved the area and raised her family in Melbourne, as well.

Marilyn was a caring daughter to her parents; devoted wife to her husband, Danny Moxley, who preceded her in death; loving mother to her children, her son, Cameron Moxley, and daughter, Mandy Moxley; a wonderful homemaker; a beloved sister to her sister, Mary Perkett, who preceded her in death, and her brother, Bobby Perkett; a caring mother-in-law to her daughters-in-law Rachel Moxley (Cameron) and Morgan Moxley (Mandy); and proud grandmother of three beautiful grandchildren, Warren Moxley (8), Greyson Moxley (5), and Clara Moxley (4). Marilyn loved to laugh and always sought ways to make even the most serious of moments lighthearted. She was a child at heart her whole life and connected instantly with children of all ages. Those lucky enough to know her well found a true friend, a caring soul, and a very funny confidant.

Survivors include her children, Cameron Moxley and his wife, Rachel Moxley, and their two children, Warren and Clara, of Connecticut; Mandy Moxley and her wife, Morgan Moxley, and their daughter, Greyson, of Texas; her brother, Bobby Perkett, of Nebraska, and the Grier and Moxley families, of Georgia.
